The app didn't recognize my car.
Get the whole car in the frame, in daylight if you can, from the front, side or back. Photos of screens, posters and toys are not accepted. Some models aren't in the catalog yet; we add new ones regularly.
Why can't I hunt while driving?
For your safety, hunting locks at driving speed. If you're a passenger, you can confirm it in the app to keep hunting.
How many cars can I scan?
Free players get a number of scans every day and can earn more by watching a short ad. Cardle Pro gives unlimited scans.
How do rankings work?
Your ranking score is the total of your best five showroom cards. Cardle Pro adds showroom slots for display, but only five count toward rankings.
How do trades work?
You can trade with friends once you've been friends for 24 hours, up to three trades a day. You can offer up to five cards for one. Offers expire after 48 hours.
How do I manage notifications?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Notifications. You can turn friends and trades, events, reminders and news on or off separately.
How do I cancel Cardle Pro?
In iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Cardle. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. You can also email us.
