Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Cardle app and website, operated by Çağrı Uzun, Turkey. By using Cardle you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Play safely and legally
- Never use the app while driving. Hunting locks while you move at driving speed; only passengers may unlock it.
- Respect people and property. Don't photograph people without their consent, don't enter private property, and follow local laws.
- Stay aware of traffic and your surroundings when taking photos.
Fair play
Only photograph real cars you see in person. Photos of screens, prints, toys or edited images, automated tools, multiple accounts to boost rankings or trades, and exploiting bugs are not allowed. We may remove cards, reset rankings or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your account
You need to sign in with Apple or Google. Choose a username that doesn't impersonate others or contain offensive content; we may change or remove usernames that do. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it anytime in Settings.
Cards, coins and trades
Cards, coins, scores and other in-game items are part of the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you for use in Cardle, not sold. We may rebalance rarity, scores and rules to keep the game fair. Completed trades are final.
Cardle Pro
Cardle Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly) billed through your Apple Account. It gives unlimited scans, no ads, a bigger garage and more showroom slots; only your best five cards count toward rankings. It renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Availability
We work to keep Cardle running but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Car recognition is automated and may be wrong. We may change or discontinue features.
Liability
Cardle is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for harm resulting from using the app unsafely or unlawfully. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory laws and courts of your country of residence.
